Leadership Skills for Project Managers
- 1:00 pm
- Online
This event is online, not at Santa Clara City hall. The meeting link will be sent by email and Meetup message to those who register. Stacey Schroeder will provide a presentation on the topic of Leadership Skills for Project Managers. There will be plenty of time to discuss Stacey's recommendations. Stacey has a complete down-to-earth team development approach, founded in relevant, practical experience from manufacturing companies, non-profit associations and independent teaching and tutoring. As a trained and degreed engineer that worked her way up from manufacturing engineer to operations leader to workforce development director, she has seen the good, bad and ugly at public, private, large, small, for-profit and non-profit organizations. She will share some ideas for project managers to develop skills that build successful teams.
